Description Cultural heritage represents a priceless treasure that can now be preserved and enhanced through the latest digital technologies, including Virtual Reality. This thesis aims to develop a Virtual Reality environment which, through the use of serious games and edutainment techniques, promotes knowledge and appreciation of cultural heritage, making it accessible and engaging for a wide audience, with a particular focus on to the new generations.
