Description The scope of the thesis is to study technological solutions available for EV battery management and state-of-health (SoH) prediction. The study starts from a comparative overview of the algorithms used and of the existing developers (at both university/start-ups and commercial level). This preliminary work will be essential to develop evaluation tools to analyze the real data gathered by a prototypal device, developed by a start-up, that Edison is testing on its electric vehicles. Data will be collected before and during the thesis period, both in specific tests at representative moments and in daily car drives. Creativity and data analysis skills will be required not only to prepare and analyze data, but also to propose integrations to data acquisition, when required to get the maximum value from the available set.
