Description The novel sensing and computation nano-architectures require a distributed sensor network on chip that supports the read-out of physical quantities directly from the die surface where arrays or for example nanoGaps and nanorods are grown. In the distributed network a specific Read-Out Chip (ROC) is required for sensing a particular quantity of interest. The thesis work will focus on some parts of the design, realization and test of the micro/nano system for implementing the ROC.
