Within the deadline that you will find in the thematic calendar, you must deposit the final version of your electronic thesis online (PDF/A + annexes, if any) so that your Supervisor can do the anti-plagiarism check.  After this verification, your Supervisor can: 

• approve your thesis and confirm your admission to the oral defence
• definitively reject your thesis, cancel your name from the list of students registered for the oral defence  and postpone you to a new session.

Please note that when you deposit the final version of your electronic thesis you will no longer able to modify it. Your presentation in front of the Graduation Examining Committee must reflect the contents of the thesis you have deposited.
