Data processing carried out by other Public Administrations
The legislation on self-certificates (dichiarazioni sostitutive di certificazioni) or affidavits (atto di notorietà) empowers the Public Administrations to check the declarations and data provided by individuals. As far as the data owned by Politecnico di Torino are concerned, the University identified two internal offices in charge of these controls. Other Public Administrations that intend to conduct ex-officio verifications, request the transfer of data or get direct access to data by means of a special agreement must contact our competent offices (click here).
