Registering for the Final Examination
To apply for graduation you must meet the following requirements: 
  1. you must have passed all the graded and ungraded exams included in your Personal Study Plan, including the English language exam (*);
  2. if the curriculum of your degree programme inlcudes an internship, your internship must be recorded in your trascript (**) before the deadline for registering for the Final Examination of the Graduation Period you chose;
  3. you must be regularly enrolled for the current academic year;
  4. your Annual Personal Study Plan must include the Final Project module;
  5. you must have paid all your tuition fees;
  6. you must not have any unreturned book borrowed from the library;
  7. you must not have a pending disciplinary sanction which imposes a temporary exclusion from Politecnico with restriction of further academic progress.
To register for the Final Examination you must submit the online registration application within the deadlines illustrated in the academic calendar. Your registration is considered finalized after you pay the amount indicated by the system at the end of the procedure (this amount includes the cost of the revenue stamps and other possible outstanding debts that you might have with Politecnico).
Before registering for the Final Examination, you must fill out the online Almalaurea questionnaire, available on: www.almalaurea.it.

How to register for the Final Examination (online registration only): 
  • submit your registration application (Online Services - Degree and Final Examination) before the deadlines illustrated in the academic calendar;
  • pay the amount indicated by the system at the end of the procedure (including outstanding debts and revenue stamps (art. 18 of the Tuition Fee Guide a.y. 2019/20);
You can submit a CONDITIONAL registration application (“Domanda con riserva”) even if there are some irregularities (for instance, if some of your exams have not been recorded in your transcript yet). When the anomalies are solved, the provisional condition will be lifted and the Office of Student Services will automatically register you for the Final Examination. You will receive a confirmation message.  You cannot make a conditional registration for the Final Examination if you do not have an English language certificate.
At the end of the procedure, you will receive a registration confirmation message into your institutional mailbox.
(*) If you want to take the IELTS exam in the exam sessions organized by the CLA (Language Centre), you should carefully check the registration deadlines for each IELTS session.
(**)The internship can be recorded in your transcript even after the "Deadline for passing all the exams" but not after the Deadline for Final Examination Registration.

When and where do I need to submit my portfolio?
The portfolio has to be submitted online in PDF format in the "Degree and final examination" portlet in the "Online services" TAB by clicking on "Log into the submission of the portfolio ", within the deadline displayed in the thematic calendar – Final examination sessions.
