This account remains active even after you complete your studies.
Information If you want to recieve more information or you need to solve a problem related to your academic progress, tuition fees, scholarships etc., please use the “Ticketing” support service in order to contact the Office of Student Services or other offices of the Division of Student Affairs. The Ticketing service is available on your personal page: choose the Ticket tab from the main menu bar and select the desired topic or office.
Alternatively, you can come to our
offices during the opening hours of each office.
If you need to collect or submit some documents (certificates, self-certificates and others), but you cannot come to our offices, you can authorize a trusted person to do it on your behalf. The authorized person (proxy) needs to show a signed authorization letter (delega PDF), his/her identification document and a photocopy of your identification document.
