You must deposit the final version of your electronic thesis online (PDF/A + annexes, if any) at least 7 days before the date of the oral defence (including Saturday and Sunday) so that your supervisor can do the anti-plagiarism check.

After this verification, your supervisor can: 

• approve your thesis and confirm your admission to the oral defence;
• definitively reject your thesis, cancel your name from the list of students registered for the oral defence and postpone you to a new session.

Please note that when you deposit the final version of your electronic thesis you will no longer able to modify it. Your presentation in front of the Graduation Examining Committee must reflect the contents of the thesis you have deposited.

You must deposit the final version of your electronic thesis online (PDF/A + annexes, if any) by the deadlines of the thematic calendar - Graduation periods. You must deposit your thesis file into the web space that you share with your supervisor and you need to authorize Politecnico to do an anti-plagiarism check.

After this verification, your supervisor can: 

• approve your thesis and confirm your admission to the oral defence
• definitively reject your thesis, cancel your name from the list of students registered for the oral defence and postpone you to a new session.
