To apply for graduation you must meet the following requirements:
- you must have passed all the graded and ungraded exams included in your Personal Study Plan;
- You must have an English language certificate (*) which needs to be recorded in your transcript;
- if the curriculum of your degree programme includes an internship, your internship must be recorded in your transcript (**)
- you must be regularly enrolled for the current academic year;
- your Annual Personal Study Plan must include the Final Project module;
- you must have paid your tuition fees in full;
- you must not have any unreturned book borrowed from the library;
- you must not have a pending disciplinary sanction which imposes a temporary exclusion from Politecnico with restriction of further academic progress.
How to register for the Final Examination (online registration only): - submit your registration application before the deadlines illustrated in the thematic calendar;
- pay the amount indicated by the system at the end of the procedure (including outstanding debts and revenue stamps (see the Tuition Fee Guide a.y. 2020/21). If you graduate in the December or February Graduation periods you will be required to pay the second instalment of your tuition fees.
At the end of the procedure, you will receive a registration confirmation message into your Polito mailbox.
You can submit a
CONDITIONAL registration application (“
Domanda con riserva”) even if there are some irregularities (for instance, if some of your exams have not been recorded in your transcript yet). When the anomalies are solved, the provisional condition will be lifted and the Office of Student Services will automatically confirm your registration for the Final Examination. In this case, you will receive a confirmation message. Otherwise, your registration will be cancelled.
You cannot make a conditional registration for the Final Examination if you do not have an English language certificate.
