STUDENTS WITH ITALIAN OR NON-ITALIAN HIGH SCHOOL DIPLOMA
For the recognition of the B2 English level, you must refer to the table adopted on 23/09/2019 which is constantly updated. English language certificates - exemptions
Academic year 2022-2023
You are exempted from presenting the required English language certificate, if you have one of the following:
- IB Diploma (International Baccalaureate https://www.ibo.org/programmes/diploma-programme/) exclusively if you have attended the entire learning path in English, except for the foreign languages;
- High school diploma awarded by one of the European Schools listed in Annex 2 of the "Procedures for entry, stay and enrolment in higher education programmes of students requiring visa", exclusively if the first language of the learning path (L1) is English;
- Educational qualification recognized by the Italian Ministry for University and Research as equivalent to an Italian high school diploma (diploma di maturità), or academic qualification earned at a higher education institution or university where the medium of instruction is English and awarded by the United States of America, Canada, the United Kingdom, Ireland, Australia, New Zeland, regardless of the country where the school/university is located;
- Educational qualification recognized by the Italian Ministry for University and Research as equivalent to an Italian high school diploma (diploma di maturità), or academic qualification earned at a higher education institution or university where the medium of instruction is English and based in one of the countries listed in Annex A.
