CREATING your APSP
Your ANNUAL PERSONAL STUDY PLAN (APSP) CARICO DIDATTICO - is the list of the courses that you are going to attend during the current academic year.
You can create a full-time or a part-time APSP depending if you want to enrol with a part-time or with a full-time workload.
The courses that you must include in your APSP must be chosen from the courses that are listed in your Personal Study Plan.
To add a new course to your APSP, drag and drop it from the box named "Courses on your PSP" to the box "PERSONAL STUDY PLAN".
When you do this operation you should pay attention to the maximum number of credits that you are allowed to include in your APSP depending on the type of workload you have chosen (Full time: 80 CFU; Part-time: 40 CFU).

Blue courses: courses already included in your past APSP
Black courses: courses that you are including in your APSP for the first time
Red courses: overbooking
You must choose the courses that you will include in your Annual Personal Study Plan from the list of courses available in your Personal Study Plan. When you create your APSP, you must consider that some courses may have pre-requisites (courses which have to be taken before others). This happens especially for compulsory courses. If you still have some pending exams, you are not allowed to create an Annual Personal Study Plan without including any credit.

Full-time workload
If you choose a full-time workload, you can include a maximum of 80 credits (CFU) in your APSP.
Your Final Project/Thesis credits must be added to the APSP  of the year in which you intend to start working on your Final Project/Thesis. This means that these credits must not exceed the maximum limit of 80 credits.
When you enrol for the next academic year, your Final Project/Thesis credits will be automatically included in your new APSP but will not count towards the maximum limit.
You can add 5 extra credits beyond the maximum limit if you want to add an additional course (including an internship). This is possible if you still have space in your APSP.
You are allowed to exceed the 85-credit limit in order to add the Final Project/Thesis credits.

Part-time workload
Part-time enrolment is suggested to:
    • students who need to balance study with employment, health issues, family commitments (parenting children under 5, providing care ad assistance to family members, pregnancy, high-risk pregnancy);
    • students who have less than 40 unearned credits to graduation including the credits of the Final Project/Thesis.
If you choose a part-time workload, you can include a maximum of 40 credits (CFU) in your APSP.
When you create your part-time APSP, you must include your incomplete courses from your previous APSP before adding new courses.
Your Final Project/Thesis credits must be added to the APSP  of the year in which you intend to start working on your Final Project/Thesis. This means that these credits must not exceed the maximum limit of 40 credits
When you enrol in the next academic years, your Final Project/Thesis will be automatically added to your APSP, but the credits will not be counted towards the maximum number of credits per year.
