Information If you want to receive more information or you need to solve a problem related to your academic progress, tuition fees, scholarships etc., please use the “Ticketing Support System" in order to contact the Student Careers Unit or other offices of the Department of Students and education. The Ticketing Support System is available on your personal page: choose the
Ticket tab from the main menu bar and select the desired topic or office.
Alternatively, you can come to our
offices during opening hours.
If you need to collect or submit some
documents (certificates, self-certificates and others), but you cannot come to our offices, you can authorize a trusted person to do it on your behalf. The authorized person (proxy) needs to show a signed authorization letter (
delega PDF), his/her identification document and a photocopy of your identification document.
