WithdrawING from the Final Examination
The Final Examination application is valid for one Graduation period only.
This means that if you are not going to graduate in the Graduation period for which you had applied, you must promptly inform the Student Careers Unit before the oral defence using the Ticketing Support System.
The Student Careers Unit will cancel your registration for the Final Examination, inform your Supervisor and the Secretariat of the Collegio.
You will receive an e-mail in your Polito mailbox confirming the cancellation of your registration for the Final Examination.
Your request for thesis conclusion confirmation remains valid, but - if you need to modify some data - you can ask the Student Careers Unit to cancel it (send a ticket) and you will be able to send a new request for the next Graduation period.
