Depositing your thesis (FINAL VERSION)
You must deposit the final version of your thesis in electronic format (PDF/A + annexes, if any) at least 7 days before the date of the oral defence (including Saturday and Sunday) so that your Supervisor has time to do the anti-plagiarism check.
After this verification, your Supervisor can: 
  • approve your thesis and confirm your admission to the oral defence;
  • definitively reject your thesis, cancel your name from the list of students registered for the oral defence and postpone you to a new Graduation period;
  • after signing your thesis, your Supervisor may decide to put an embargo on it (for preventing public access), if necessary.
To upload the final version of your thesis:
  • log in to your personal page on the Teaching Portal.
  • Career section - Thesisportlet or Final Examination and graduation portlet - Access thesis page
  • from the section Next steps for graduation, select Upload the thesis final version and complete the operation
Please note that the file you upload is final version of your thesis and you will no longer be able to modify it/replace it.
Your presentation in front of the Graduation Examining Committee must reflect the contents of the thesis you have deposited.

Do I need to submit a hard copy of my thesis?
No, you do not have to hand in any hard copy of your thesis.
Can I replace my final thesis file after it has been deposited, approved by my Supervisor and published on the library website?
No, it is no longer possible to make any replacement/change.
