How to set up your APSP
When you create your Annual Personal Study Plan, make sure you enter your courses following a priority order and pay attention to the semester in which each course is offered. It is important that you schedule your courses in a way that allows you to finish all your exams before your expected graduation date.
The courses contained in your APSP of previous years for which you have not passed the exam or the exam grades that have been recorded in your transcript during the APSP/PSP modification period must be included in your APSP before adding any new course.
How your overbooking courses will be unblocked
Your overbooking courses will flow into your APSP based on the "space relased" and according to the priority order that you followed when you entered them.
Overbooking courses are normally unblocked a few weeks after the end of the September examination session (except for internships, foreign languages and external activities).
Courses that remain with overbooking status
Courses that you will pass in the examination sessions that follow the Autumn (September) session will not be removed from your APSP and will not release space to unblock your overbooking courses.
Your courses that remain with an overbooking status (therefore remaining outside your APSP) will be removed from your APSP.
This means that you will not be able to:
- attend these courses;
- take these exams for the entire academic year.
