Bachelor in
Civil and Environmental Engineering
The so called Built and Natural environment are nowadays so profoundly interconnected that it seems impossible to even think about designing any structure/infrastructure or industrial activity without considering its impact on the surrounding environment and devising strategies to minimize it.
The brand-new bachelor’s degree in Civil and Environmental Engineering at Politecnico di Torino (fully taught in English) was designed to provide an answer to this need. In a nutshell, its mission is to train engineers who couple design and surveying skills typical of civil engineers, with knowledge of disciplines pertaining to the Environmental Engineering area, such as sustainability, circular economy and aspects related to water, air and soil pollution.
Besides receiving a specialised training in relevant technical subjects, Civil and Environmental engineers will also acquire a solid background in more fundamental subjects such as Maths, Physics, Computer Science and chemistry.
This allows for the development of transversal skills that are key to meet the requirements of very dynamic job market that requires engineers to be creative problem solvers.

"Cambiare il clima" live 2022
On July 5 at 6.30 pm the show-conference "Cambiare il Clima" will be staged live at Aula Magna of Politecnico di Torino.
"Cambiare il Clima" is a show by Faber Teater realized in collaboration with the Politecnico di Torino - DIATI and guides the public to discover how scientific research and engineering contribute to face the challenges of climate change, based on the experience of our cambiamenti_climatici@polito project.

Politecnico di Torino organizes online OPEN DAYS dedicated to Bachelor's degree courses from March 15th to 16th.
The presentation of the Bachelor's degree in Civil and Environmental Engineering will be Tuesday, March 15, 2022 - 12:15 pm in English and Tuesday, March 15, 2022 - 6:00 pm in Italian.
