If you are enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree programme at Politecnico, you can anticipate some exams belonging to your future Master’s degree programme and take them during your Bachelor’s studies, provided that you meet the following requirements:
- you have been admitted to a Master’s degree programme (we remind you that you can apply for admission if you have earned at least 140 credits at Bachelor’s level by the end of the July examination session
- you only have maximum 20 credits still unearned (including foreign language exam and Final Project) before you achieve your Bachelor’s degree, and you have maintained the average grade required for admission, or, you have passed the admission test.
If you did an internship which has not been registered in your Personal Study Plan yet, your maximum number of credits still unearned can be raised to 32, but your internship needs to be included in the Annual Personal Study Plan (APSP) of the academic year preceding the one for which you are applying. Your internship must be registered by December.
If during the autumn session the English exam is taken, the related credits won't be counted as debt in the unearned 20 credits.
If you meet the requirements for admission to a Master’s degree programme but
you have not obtained your English language certificate yet (IELTS 5.0 or other certificate accepted in
substitution for IELTS), you can anticipate your
first-semester courses of the first year of the Master’s degree programme to which you have been admitted.
