Master's degree programmes 2020 - 2021
(students with italian degree)
Enrolling in single courses to make up for unfulfilled academic requirements
For Polito applicants and for applicants from other universities: If you do not meet our curricular requirements for admission to a Master's degree programme, you must make up for your unfulfilled academic requirements (unearned credits) before you can enrol in the Master’s degree programme you have chosen. To this end, you are required to enrol in single courses for unfulfilled academic requirements.
You can include up to a maximum of 60 credits in your annual personal study plan.
You will be able to enrol in the Master’s degree programme you have been admitted to AFTER you pass all the exams suggested by the Teaching Committee to make up for your unfulfilled academic requirements and AFTER you receive a positive evaluation of yourportfolio (you will have to apply again in the next academic year).
The deadline for single course enrolment is 31st March 2021. If you are going to get your Bachelor’s degree by September 2020, we strongly recommend that you enrol in single courses before September so you will be able to access all services starting from the beginning of classes.
This type of enrolment cannot include any courses belonging to a Master’s degree programme, as it is intended for the remedial of Bachelor’s incomplete courses for admission to a Master’s degree programme.
When all grades of your single courses are recorded in your transcript, you need to contact the Office of Student Services using the Ticketing Service. The Office of Student Services will close your position as “student enrolled in single courses” and you will be able to enrol in your Master’s degree programme.
PLEASE NOTE: If you were denied admission to a Master’s degree programme due to your unfulfilled academic requirements but you failed to enrol in single courses to make up for your Bachelor’s incomplete courses, you are not allowed to enrol in single courses “for open competitive exams, professional updating and requalification” selecting the courses of the Master’s degree programme you applied for.
