Luciano De Propris is Head of Open Innovation & Sustainability at Consorzio ELIS. He’s in charge for strategic advice in the field of sustainability at Consortium ELIS. In addition he is the head of OPEN ITALY,responsible for co-innovation projects between corporate, startup, SMEs and university spin-off. Since ever passionate about technologies and expert in agile methodologies, he is a former researcher and then advisor for the Italian Ministry of Environment in the fields of the energy, climate change and circular economy. After several international experiences he has been manager at INVITALIA, advisor for large companies such as EBRD and SANOFI and thanks to his entrepreneurial mindset also startupper.

Author of several national and international publications, in collaboration with Pierluigi Sassi, he edited “Cultura d’impresa e Ecologia Integrale”. As of today he is lecturer at Wuhan University of Technology in China and at the Department of Management ERS (Ethical, Responsability and Sustainability) in LUISS Guido Carli. In the 2^nd level Specializing Master's programme in Climate Change: adaptation and mitigation solutions he will lecture Climate-Change Compliance Reporting and Communication in the course Corporate Approaches to Climate Change.
