Politecnico di Torino offers to the programme’s participants the opportunity to benefit of 10 full participation fee waivers and of 10 partial participation fee waivers.
Applicants must have been admitted to the 2nd level Specializing Master’s programme in “Climate Change: adaptation and mitigation solutions” a.y. 2022/2023, in order to be eligible for the above-mentioned fee waivers.

The Selection Committee will award the participation fee waivers to the 20 top students on the merit-ranking list published at the end of the selection process.
- 10 FULL PARTICIPATION FEE WAIVERS
The 10 top students on the merit-ranking list will be awarded a full participation fee waiver.
They will have to pay only 21,00 Euro (twentyone/00)** for the enrolment fee and and any exemption from the instalments of the participation fee.
- 10 PARTIAL PARTICIPATION FEE WAIVERS
The students on the 11th – 20th position of the merit-ranking list will be awarded a partial participation fee waiver, which implies the payment of 21,00 Euro (twentyone/00) for the enrolment fee and 2000,00 Euro (two thousand/00) as partial instalments. Beneficiaries of the partial participation fee waivers will be exempted from paying the advance fee and the second instalment of the participation fee.
Beneficiaries of the participation fee waiver are required to attend at least 85% of the programme (including lectures, training activities, workshops, visits, etc) in order to meet the criteria for maintaining the exemption. Absences beyond this threshold will lead to the exclusion from the Specializing Master’s programme.
After the finalisation of the selection process, the list of beneficiaries will be published at the Politecnico website on the section Selection outcomes.
Beneficiaries will be required to confirm the acceptance of the fee waiver on a declaration form, which will be published on the website. The form must be duly filled and sent by email to master.universitari@polito.it within the deadline to be set (generally within 7-10 days).
In case one or more selected beneficiaries will not confirm their acceptance of the assigned fee waivers within the set deadline, the grants will be re-assigned to students on the reserve list according to their position in the ranking. The candidates placed on the reserve list will be contacted only if a fee waiver winner will not confirm. In this case, a new deadline will be assigned.
