FCA and CRF have decided to promote the initiative of the 2nd level Specializing Master’s programme in Electrified and Connected Vehicle recognizing that these elements play an important role for the vehicles development and production. The Master’s programme will be essential for FCA and CRF to develop and improve their know-how about these technologies, and it represents an important investment in specific skills designed to face the new automotive challenges.
The candidates selected will develop a highly specialized body of know-how by attending the Master’s and working with experts in the field, and will also have significant opportunities for professional development.
Hiring Opportunity
FCA and CRF will offer the candidates selected work experience, appointing them at the beginning of the Master’s course (
May 2018) through a HIGH APPRENTICESHIP CONTRACT (ex Art. 45 – D. Lgs 81/2015).
Duration: 24 months
The candidates will start to work in one of the following departments of the EMEA region:
- Product Development
- Powertrain Engineering
- Information and Communication Technology
They will work on projects addressing the challenges associated with electrified and connected vehicles tackling these from the perspectives of the different departments.
