The aim of the
2nd level Specializing Master's programme is to introduce within Comau, train and develop young talented engineers with a top level preparation in the fields of Manufacturing 4.0 & Digital Transformation. The entry roles are in the different Departments and Functions of Comau:

Hiring Opportunity
COMAU will offer to the selected students a job opportunity, hiring them at the beginning of the Master Course (April 2018) through a HIGH APPRENTICESHIP CONTRACT (ex Art.45 - D. Lgs 81/2015).
The contract will have the following features:

Selection & Recruiting
Candidates will be assessed in two steps during one day.
During the first step, following a presentation of Comau Group and this particular selection path, candidates will be required to take various tests.
The second step is the assessment test which consists of discussing two case studies in a group.
Through these activities, we will determine whether the graduates possess certain key qualities that Comau believes are important for management, for instance:
- teamwork;
- the ability of analyzing and resolving complex situations;
- initiative and autonomy;
- open mindedness towards change.
At the end of the day, each graduate will have an individual meeting with an assessor to review the day’s activities and to further boost personal and professional motivation. Comau will select the candidates with a pre-screening of the CVs and reserves the right to contact only the students who will fulfill the internal selection criteria.
