The aim of the Master is to introduce within PRIMA INDUSTRIE S.p.A. young talented engineers with a top level preparation, both technical and managerial, for the particular needs of our market field.
The Master program in “Industry 4.0" is directed to form professional profiles with all the skills requested to fulfill different core positions in the partner company.
The entry role will be in the Marketing Department in Prima Industrie and specifically in the Product Management.

Hiring Opportunity
PRIMA INDUSTRIE will offer to the selected students a job opportunity, hiring him/her them at the beginning of the Master Course (April 2018) through a HIGH APPRENTICESHIP CONTRACT (ex Art.45 - D. Lgs 81/2015).

- Marketing
- Product Management.
This opportunity will be realized within this department, with immediate involvement in projects requiring high flexibility.
The professional profiles are characterized by technical and managerial skills and will be able to collaborate in all phases of definition, realization, installation as well as the start up and the management of the project.
Selection & Recruiting
Candidates will be assessed in two steps during one day.
During the first step, following a presentation of Prima Industrie Group, the candidates will be assessed by HR on personal features as far as motivation, attitude, individual traits.
In the second step Managers of different departments (i.e. Innovation, Project Management etc.), assisted by HR, will assess technical aspects which are important for the foreseen roles.
PRIMA INDUSTRIE S.p.A. will select the candidates with a pre-screening of the CVs and reserves the right to contact only the students who will fulfill the internal selection criteria.
