TECHNICAL EMPLOYEE
Hard skill:
Degree in mechanical engineering, Degree in electronic engineering, Degree in electrical engineering, Degree in computer engineering
Field: industrial automation
Languages: proficient English written and spoken, knowledge of a second foreign language, French or Spanish, is a plus
Software used in the company:
Mechanical and R&D technical office: Autodesk Inventor, PDM
Electrical technical office: SPAC, EPLAN, FluidDRAW
Software development office: SIEMENS (STEP7 software packages – TIA PORTAL - WINCC) and ROCKWELL (RSLOGIX software package)
Soft skills:

Responsibility for the assigned activity
Flexibility
Preferable residence in the area or availability to move. 
Selection process: it consists of the following steps:
  • CV pre-screening aimed at evaluating the coherence with the requirements needed by Tosa S.p.a.,
  • first assessment session with the Human Resources Manager, if successful
  • second technical assessment session with the R&D Manager.
The selection ends with an economic proposal of insertion to the selected candidate.
