Course description This course is a practical add-on to the ScuDo Project Management MOC class. It provides participants with Project Management key competences in the main knowledge areas of project initiating, project planning, reporting and communication. Expected Learning Outcomes Course attendants will gain some practical skills to enable both traditional and agile project management practices. At the end of the course students will be able to manage a traditional project Management process and run a SCRUM-based project.

Contents Edit a project charter, organize a team, prepare a project plan, report and communicate the project status and performance, using a traditional framework. Run a sprint using the SCRM Agile framework. Course structure The course is composed of two half-day classes that will include theory briefings, practical activities, case discussions and tasks executed as a team.
