A History of Architecture from antiquity to the present, covering Africa, Europe and the Americas.

Students will acquire a basic understanding of the technological, social, political, cultural and economic forces involved in the production of the built environment, and a broad grasp of some of the major structures erected since antiquity.

The course consists of lectures and power point presentations of architecture and landscape, 4.5 hours per week.
