Risultati di apprendimento attesi
This course is aimed at providing students with a basic knowledge of thermal-hygrometric, fluid-dynamic, visual and acoustical physical phenomena with particular attention to the correlated user perception (comfort) and energy related aspects.
Students will acquire a body of knowledge to make conscious choices and define ‘sustainable’ strategies to address the building physics design options and to calculate building/component performances so as to verify thermal, energetic, lighting and acoustical requirements concerned with the building envelope and the indoor spaces. Students are requested to have the basic concepts of physics at a high-school level as well as of notions of mathematics which are taught within the course “mathematics” |

Criteri, regole e procedure per l'esame
EXAM
The final exam consists of two parts: - Part I: THERMAL AND MECHANICAL PHENOMENA + BUILDING THERMAL-PHYSICS - Part II: LIGHTING + ACOUSTICS, The final mark is calculated as the credit-weighted average of the two marks obtained in the two parts (part I → 6 CFU, part II → 4 CFU). |
