Introduction
Train the students in the engineering techniques in the field of physical exercise and sport Program 1. Introduction to biomechanics in exercise and sport. 2. Exercise and sport physiology. Nutrition, health and performance 3. Human motor control Motor development, control, and learning 4. Muscle Muscular contributions to human movement, muscle mechanics, muscle fatigue, electromyography, muscle modelling, and simulation of muscle force production. 5. Experimental techniques for the analysis of human movement. Two/three dimensional imaging techniques, force platform, strength assessment, force measurement, electromyography, and data processing methods. 6. Bioengineering approach to sport equipment design 7. Electrical stimulation motor rehabilitation, training of healthy subjects and athletes 8. Disabled and elderly athletes |
