Subject fundamentals
The Course aims to introduce the students to the basics of Industrial Processes Management, starting from Strategies and dealing with all main chapters of Industrial Cycle, exploring all main phases included in Time to Market and touching all main systems and tools of a World Class Company.

Assessment and grading criteria
A preliminary test on basics will be held at the end of the first part of the program. The final examination will consist of open written questions and a final oral interview
