Organizzazione dell'insegnamento
Industrial manufacturing systems examples will be analyzed during lectures. A CAM software will be used as tool for machining process planning.
Seminars Some seminars on topics related to the course will be presented by industrial experts. Remark for students of Engineering and Management”] Students are required to compile e technical report based on data/information obtained through direct contact with a company. The report must contain: a) a schematic description of the process of production, b) an evaluation of the performance of the process, c) an assessment of how the personnel management is implemented. A standard format for data collection and report writing is provided. |

Criteri, regole e procedure per l'esame
The aim of the final exam is to verify the student’s knowledge on modern integrated manufacturing systems.
The final exam consists of a written exam and an (optional) oral exam - The written exam will consist of quizzes and open questions and will cover all the material that was presented during lectures and seminaries. - The optional oral exam will consist of open questions and will cover all the material that was presented in lectures and seminaries. In order to take the oral exam, it is necessary to pass the written exam (minimum mark 18/30). Both the written and the oral exam need to be passed in the same session. |
