Finalità del corso:

Una gestione efficace dello sviluppo della propria idea in termini di sviluppo commerciale è centrale per la riuscita dei propri progetti aziendali, motivo per cui diverse metodologie sono state presentate nel corso degli anni. Tali metodologie, però, sono o specifiche dell’ambito di applicazione, o presentano un overhead che ne limita l’applicabilità in realtà di medie e piccole dimensioni.
Il corso fornisce le basi di Lean Startup e Lean Management e gli strumenti operativi per impostare efficacemente il lavoro del team di sviluppo.
Il corso sarà svolto in inglese. Nessuna conoscenza pregressa in ambito Lean o manageriale è richiesta.

The development of a business idea in terms of Business Development is a key activity for reaching your goals in terms of both research exploitation and industrial application. For this reasons, several methods was presented in the literature. Those methodologies are usually domain specific and have a significant overhead, limiting their usage in small and medium enterprises, startups and small research groups.
This course gives the basic knowledge id Lean Startup and Lean Management, as well as the tools to increase the efficacy of the team workflow.
The course language will be English. This course is thought for a non-business audience and no previous knowledge of Lean or Business Development methods is required.

• Dal modello di business alle azioni strategiche: la Balanced Scorecard;
• Definizione dell’ambiente di riferimento del progetto: il Social Business Network;
• Declinazione delle soluzioni e relativa priorità: ICE-Diagram;
• Attuazione delle soluzioni: il Solution Canvas.
