PERIOD: MARCH - APRIL The development of a business idea in terms of Business Development is a key activity for reaching your goals in terms of both research exploitation and industrial application. For this reasons, several methods was presented in the literature. Those methodologies are usually domain specific and have a significant overhead, limiting their usage in small and medium enterprises, startups and small research groups. This course gives the basic knowledge id Lean Startup and Lean Management, as well as the tools to increase the efficacy of the team workflow. The course language will be English. This course is thought for a non-business audience and no previous knowledge of Lean or Business Development methods is required.

Exam:
In addition to the message sent by the online system, students with disabilities or Specific Learning Disorders (SLD) are invited to directly inform the professor in charge of the course about the special arrangements for the exam that have been agreed with the Special Needs Unit.
