PERIOD: FEBRUARY The course will focus on advanced techniques for Digital Testing of Electronics Systems, with special emphasis given to functional methodologies for embedded systems. This field is undergoing a deep transformation driven by both traditional drivers such a miniaturization and scaling and new elements, such as the strict quality, safety and security requirements imposed by the Automotive industries and crystallized in standards like the ISO26262. Doctorate students will learn the basic concepts demanded to test engineers working for electronic manufacturing companies. Students will also practice with commercial and free tools to solve challenging tasks by means of practical examples.
