The aim of this program is managing conflict. The course is structured in three lessons: an introduction with introduction to reading and synthesis, a practical lab where students are divided in teams engaged in conflicts, and a final summary lesson. Moreover, some activities (homeworks) to do at home are planned before the lab session. The course is limited in number to 60 participants: registration is required in the manner indicated by the Doctoral School.
