2020/21
Il tirocinio del II anno, normalmente svolto all'estero, è una attività qualificante del percorso. Il tirocinio, in ambito prevalentemente gestionale/amministrativo, fornisce allo studente l’opportunità di mettere in pratica le conoscenze acquisite durante i semestri precedenti in diversi contesti professionali, nonché di potenziare lo sviluppo di diverse abilità, competenze e attitudini. La relazione finale di tirocinio è la base della Prova Finale del CdS. I principali risultati di apprendimento attesi sono: • Responsabilità nell'esecuzione e corretta consegna dei compiti assegnati.
• Conoscenza dell'azienda e del settore al termine del periodo di tirocinio.
• Integrazione nell'azienda e nel dipartimento.
• Collegamento dei diversi ambiti di gestione alla struttura e all'organizzazione dell'azienda,
• Potenziamento di nuove capacità gestionali
• Sviluppo di iniziativa, intraprendenza, assunzione di responsabilità, capacità.
• Capacità di lavorare in gruppo.
• Capacità di comunicazione.
The II year internship, normally held abroad, is a qualifying activity of the Bachelor Program. Through the internship, the student has the opportunity to integrate and apply the theoretical knowledge acquired in the first two years of studies in different professional contexts, as well as to enhance the development of different abilities, skills and attitudes. The internship report is the basis of the Final essay presented at the end of the Bachelor Program.
The main expected learning outcomes are:
• Responsibility in the execution and correct delivery of the assigned tasks.
• Knowledge of the company and the sector at the end of the training period.
• Integration in the company and in the department.
• Ability to work in a group.
• Initiative.
• Efficiency in solving problems

IPAG: Trattandosi di un modulo che viene svolto nell’ambito del 2° anno, frequentato dagli studenti presso l’IPAG di Nizza, eventuali pre-requisiti saranno indicati dall’Università partner. La parte principale dell’insegnamento consiste nello svolgimento del tirocinio in azienda.
Gli studenti sono responsabili della ricerca dell'azienda e della negoziazione del tema dello stage, previa approvazione del professore coordinatore dell’IPAG. Questo principio pedagogico consente agli studenti di:
• Fare pratica nella ricerca di un impiego
• Trovare uno stage adatto a loro facendo loro stessi i passi necessari e negoziare i termini di esecuzione e di remunerazione.
UIC: la UIC offre i seguenti strumenti per aiutare a cercare uno stage: • Sessione di preparazione CV: seminari e revisione.
• Consulenza professionale
• Sessione di "Come condurre un colloquio personale"
• Sessione "Social Media: come essere presenti sulla rete"
• Sessioni di mentoring e professionalità in azienda.
Seguito e supporto personalizzato durante la ricerca e il periodo di tirocinio:
• Ricerca di aziende e gestione di accordi.
• Monitoraggio e supporto agli studenti durante gli stage.
• Sessioni di tutoraggio: realizzazione di un "Piano personalizzato per migliorare le competenze"

Students are responsible for searching the company and negotiating the internship theme, upon the approval of the IPAG coordinating professor. This pedagogical principle allows students to:

• Find a suitable place for them by taking the necessary steps themselves and negotiating the terms of execution and remuneration.
UIC: Since this is a module that is carried out within the 2nd year, attended by students at the UIC in Barcelona, any pre-requisites will be indicated by the partner University. The main part of the course consists in carrying out the internship in the company. However, since the main objective of the internship is to include the student in the company, the UIC offers the following tools to help look for an internship: • CV preparation session: seminars and review.
• Professional consultancy
• "How to conduct a personal interview" session
• "Social Media: how to be on the network" session
• Mentoring and professional skills in the company.
Follow-up and personalized support during the research and the training period:
• Search for companies and manage agreements.
• Monitoring and support for students during internships.
• Tutoring sessions: creation of a "Personalized plan to improve skills"
