The workshop proposes to the students hands-on team-project activities aimed at the development of HW/SW implementations of tools for the acquisition/elaboration/processing of audio or music-related data.

- Development of team working skills - Capability of autonomously managing team project activities - Knowledge of basic techniques for acquisition/processing/elaboration of audio or music-related data.

Knowledge of basic analog/digital transmission concepts, basic programming capabilities (either C, C++, Python)

Topics will vary depending on the specific projects assigned to the student teams.

The workshop consists in preliminary tutorials aimed at making the attendees acquainted with the software and design tools required by the project activities. Then, students will be grouped in teams and each team will autonomously work on its project assigment, under supervision of a tutor.

... The exam consists in an oral presentation, aimed at describing the goals and the implementation details of the team-project developed during the workshop activities.
