Knowledge of the difference between personnel management and human resource management and the influence of an effective human resource management on the success of an organization;
Knowledge of interpersonal skills that contribute to the effectiveness of their work;
Knowledge of methods of human resource management;
Knowledge of strategies for conflict management;
Knowledge of the legal obligations of the parties (employers and workers);
Basic knowledge in the field of industrial relations.
Ability to apply the methodology of evaluation, development and improvement in the management of human resources.

In addition to the message sent by the online system, students with disabilities or Specific Learning Disorders (SLD) are invited to directly inform the professor in charge of the course about the special arrangements for the exam that have been agreed with the Special Needs Unit.
