This course provides an introduction to partial differential equation models for studying different biological phenomena, with examples borrowed from ecology, cell biology, and evolutionary and developmental biology. The focus of the course will be on the formulation of these models, the qualitative properties of their solutions, and the mathematical methods through which such properties can be characterised.
Lectures will be held in May.
