Lessons will include eminent experts from a range of scientific fields, discussing trans-disciplinary aspects, exploring the complexity of the topic by some priorities for considering the safeguarding and the engaging of communities and their heritage, and dealing with crises. International experts will include representative from various sectors framing academic and research organisations, museums, international organisations. The main objective will be shaping a rich theoretical framework in which verify Heritage and Resilience by various cultural perspectives.

Its objective is to provide a multifaceted perspective for shaping a theoretical framework in which cultural aspects related to disaster resilient societies will be presented and discussed. This involves considering heritage reading also through various historical and spatial analysis to contribute to current challenges. Resilience of societies to crises is a challenge that requires a very articulated perspective for including diverse aspects, issues, and relevant expertise. For this purpose, the course will take into account plural disciplinary approaches, multifaceted Cultural Heritage types and cultural practices.
