The contents of the subjects relate to the financial management of a company, the indices of assessment and evaluation methods of investment techniques and risk management.

The contents of the subjects relate to the financial management of a company, the indices of assessment and evaluation methods of investment techniques and risk management.
Knowledge of the role and purpose of the financial management of companies and iof ndices for assessing the financial management;
Knowledge of various funding sources, their costs and the WACC (weighted average cost of capital)
Knowledge of different financial intermediaries, investment evaluation methods, and techniques for risk management;
Ability to evaluate information typical of budget and business plan;
Ability to identify potential funding sources and calculate the individual cost and (WACC);
Ability to define a business plan for a new financial investment;
Ability to assess and manage financial risks;

In addition to the message sent by the online system, students with disabilities or Specific Learning Disorders (SLD) are invited to directly inform the professor in charge of the course about the special arrangements for the exam that have been agreed with the Special Needs Unit. The professor has to be informed at least one week before the beginning of the examination session in order to provide students with the most suitable arrangements for each specific type of exam.
