The contents of this course are provided in the subjects actually offered by the TUS (Technological University of the Shannon - Athlone Campus, Athlone, EIRE).
Knowledge of the technical terminology in legal, economic,commercial fields and basics of comparative commercial law, also in the native language of the University Partner;
Knowledge of the workings of the international economy and the related issues
Knowledge of the problems of globalization
Knowledge of the types of contracts and the general discipline of interest for companies operating in an international context;
Knowledge of the phenomenon of European integration: the institutional system, the legal system and the sources of Community law
Ability to assess the contracts of interest to businesses operating in a European and International environment

In addition to the message sent by the online system, students with disabilities or Specific Learning Disorders (SLD) are invited to directly inform the professor in charge of the course about the special arrangements for the exam that have been agreed with the Special Needs Unit. The professor has to be informed at least one week before the beginning of the examination session in order to provide students with the most suitable arrangements for each specific type of exam.
