Objectives of the course
This course has been designed to introduce students to the fundamental principles involved in the management of organizations. Specific emphasis is placed on setting the organization in its economic environment and on the main issues involved in management and organization theory and practice.

The methods and techniques covered in this course are applied to the analysis of practical case studies. Practical experience using data sets, lectures, case discussion, projects and technical supplements.
