Obiettivi dell'insegnamento
The course aims to provide basic elements about the role of clocks in satellite navigation systems. The addressed topics focus on the fundamentals of metrology, on the basics on navigation methods used in the past and nowadays, and on a more detailed description of atomic clocks.

- Classification based on the principia adopted
