Objectives of the course
The course aims to integrate the knowledge of CAD tools for the development of industrial product and to acquire the most advanced technologies of advanced CAD systems in order to model parts and assemblies of high complexity.
|
Expected skills
Acquisition of methods and techniques of representation of "industrial project" through the use of parametric and associative CAD. Good knowledge of methodologies, standard and practical for the interpretation and implementation of technical documentation in support of the development process of industrial products (mechanical functional design).
The course will be structured as a practical workshop, aimed at the skills needed to take the exam for certification CSWA (Certified SolidWorks Associate) recognized at international level and certifying the skills of the student on the program SolidWorks. |
Prerequisites
Disegno Tecnico Industriale, mechanical drawing
|
Syllabus
Modeling parts and assemblies with SolidWorks; advanced sketching, extrusion parts, assembled bottom-up, drawing.
Use of configurations and equations. Multibody solids. Advanced modeling functions: sweep, loft, flex, deform. Advanced modeling of surfaces. Modeling assembled with a top-down technique. Modeling of sheet metal parts and welded. Kinematic and dynamic simulation (COSMOSMotion), creation of animations and photorealistic rendering. |
