The course concerns with the the law wich regulates the relationships between the citizens and the public offices: so, will be examined the structure of the various public bureaus and their competences, the special powers they have to issue administrative acts and the particular procedure wich they have to follow, the invalidities wich can refer to administrative acts. The law concerning with public contracts and town plannig will be studied in depth.'
