Those experiences are made on a real place and the similation project strats from a real request, because it is important to make it in accordance with the history.
This course is subdivided into two periods, corresponding to the semesters of one year:

The first planning period focuses on the restoration in an architectural and functional way of a building residential complex, within an urban area with an historical importance.

The second period focuse son the environmental rehabilitation of an urban circle. A masterplan will b produced and it will join each single experience in defining urban spaces (streets, places), yards and new services.

Some lab are held, in order to experience one's knowledge: those activities include graphical printouts and an oral exam will be the final part of each single project. Besides labs, some visits to specific and important building yards will be organized.
