Description As part of a larger research project, we are proposing a thesis work related to the realization of a soft end effector that will operate in wineries to automate the process the sampling and transport of wine samples. The end effector, properly positioned, will have to be able to open the wine tasting tap of the cask, eliminate the waste wine and store the necessary one in a test tube. It will then have to close the tap again and provide for the restoration of the initial conditions of the system.
The design will focus on the realization of an innovative end effector made with a specialized 3D printer for soft materials.
