Thesis type THEORETICAL/EXPERIMENTAL
Description The increasingly widespread microservice architectures have made the secure exposure of services to the outside via APIs of crucial importance,
making API Management solutions increasingly widespread among organizations. In parallel, the advent of Gen-AI marked a radical turning point
in many sectors.
In this context, the proposed thesis will analyze and test how Generative AI can be applied in relation to API Management.
The work will consist of:
- In-depth analysis and conception of the possible applications of Gen-AI to API Management.
- Design and testing of the identified solutions in a laboratory environment.
- Enumeration and testing of solutions already made available by the main vendors (e.g. Google Duet AI integrated into the API Gateway APIGEE
for natural language API design cloud.google.com/blog/products/api-management/introducing-duet-ai-in-apigee-api-
management-and-application-integration).
The thesis will be developed through an internship at the Blue Reply company.
