Description In the context of Industry 4.0, metal Additive Manufacturing (AM) is considered a promising technology for medical, aerospace and automotive fields.
The student will have the opportunity to face new technologies and deepen the state of the art of AM process.
The aim of the thesis is to develop a management framework to support all the steps of the additive manufacturing process from CAD development to 3D print.
Required skills Knowledge of database and object-oriented programming, basic communication protocols.
