Description Despite the lack of a specific planning system, the European Union concurs to the shaping of urban and territorial policies in Europe through Community guidelines and tools of intervention. Overall, this process contributes to a progressive transformation of spatial planning systems of the European countries. This topic is open to a wide range of national cse studies, finalised to verify the concrete nature of "Europeanization" in the fielad of territorial governance.
